Robert Fraser is a partner and director of Connor Anderson International Pty Ltd and was Chairman of the Customs Brokers and Forwarders Council of Australia from 2000 to 2002.

He had nineteen years with the Australian Customs Service, including more than three years as Vice Counsel, Customs, at the Australian Consulate in New York.

He has been in the private sector since 1984, gaining his Customs Brokers license in 1986. He was a principal manager at Coopers + Lybrand until 1992 and has been with Connor Anderson since then.

He has served on committees of the Customs Agent Institute, Customs Brokers Council of Austalia and Customs Brokers Forwarders Council of Australia for more than twenty years.

He holds and Advanced Diploma in Australian and International Trade Facilitation.
