Organisation

Tradegate is an incorporated limited by guarantee company. It is governed by a Board of Directors which meets approximately 8 times per annum. Its Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association describe the structure of the organisation.

The organisation is managed by a Chief Executive Officer who reports to the Chairman of the Board.

Tradegate has three operational departments:

• Member Products and Services
• Technical Operations
• Finance & Administration

Member Products and Services

Member Products and Services is responsible for:

• Sales
• Marketing
• Membership administration
• Customer Service/Helpdesk

Member Products and Services is managed by Ron Aitken

Operations

Operations manages Tradegate's operational platform Smartrade and has responsibility for:

• Administration of the Smartrade platform and online and web based products
• Message Direct
• Security and Performance of the PKI Hosted Certificates
• The web site

The department is managed by Faulkner Macdonald.

Finance & Administration

Finance & Administration is responsible for all financial matters and the overall administration of the organization, including personnel. It is managed by Catherine Wright.
