Smartrade

Smartrade is Tradegate’s foundation technology platform upon which the value added services have been built. Smartrade is comprised of four major elements:

• A dynamic switching hub to route messages from multiple senders to multiple receivers;
• A transaction engine to monitor all messaging and interact with the switching hub, the database and the translation layer
• A powerful database to hold sender and receiver profiles and track and trace all messages
• An advanced translation engine that has an any-to-any format capability

Tradegate’s Smartrade interacts with all Tradegate’s value added e-commerce services and connects to Australian Customs for messaging purposes.

Smartrade is a powerful platform that handles in excess of 1.5 million messages per month. It’s service level agreements (SLAs) are such that it can deliver a message in less than 5 seconds.

Smartrade has a web front end which allows users to track and trace their own messages should they wish to do so.

Smartrade has been built for the international trade and transport community to enable that community to Work Smarter, Not Harder.
